Professor Seumas Miller is a senior research fellow on Practical Ethics at the Oxford Uehiro Centre. He also has research appointments at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) and Charles Sturt University (CSU) - in the Cooperative Research Centre in Cybersecurity.
Seumas is currently the principal investigator on a European Research Council Advanced Grant on global terrorism and collective responsibility.
